Updated: Jun 11

June 8, 2025 | Imam Abdulrahman Bin Faisal University Beach, Al-Khobar, Saudi Arabia

After five intensive and insightful sessions, the highly anticipated Primavera Workshop concluded with remarkable success, equipping participants with the essential skills and practical knowledge to effectively plan and manage schedules using the powerful Primavera P6 software.

Led by distinguished speaker and mentor, Engr. Ronald De Gracia, the workshop went beyond software training. Participants were immersed in real-world applications and best practices that bridged the gap between theory and day-to-day project execution. Many of these insights remained unrevealed until Engr. De Gracia generously shared them during the sessions—adding immense value to the overall learning experience.

Successfully completing the five-day workshop were:

Mr. Ramil Callo, Mr. Shar Rasul Marrack, Mr. Joseph Cardona, Mr. Frederick Cayanong, Mr. Almire Camota, Engr. Emerson Cayetano, Engr. Jonas Calayag, Engr. Kelvin Cano, Engr. Mohammad Ali Mauna, Engr. Jose Espinosa Jr., Engr. Reginald Cadahing, Engr. Neil John Gayoba and Engr. Johnel Corpuz, who also honored the event as the Chapter Governor by leading the closing of the Primavera Workshop program.

The workshop began with a flurry of questions and curiosity, but concluded with confident participants, empowered by the answers, solutions, and practical strategies imparted throughout the sessions.

To mark the successful completion of a remarkable chapter, the IECEP KSA Eastern Region Chapter hosted a lively and memorable closing gathering at the picturesque beach of Imam Abdulrahman Bin Faisal University. The event radiated warmth and unity, as camaraderie, laughter, and music took center stage against the serene backdrop of the setting sun.

A highlight of the celebration was the engaging and humorous storytelling by Engineer Jimmel Magtubo, a distinguished IECEP member and respected business figure, whose anecdotes left attendees entertained. Adding to the festive atmosphere were spirited live performances by the talented IECEP KSA-ERC singers, whose vibrant energy reflected the dynamic spirit of the organization.

Members also enjoyed a delightful “eating fiesta,” featuring a spread of diverse and flavorful delicacies lovingly prepared by Engr. Jimmel. As the evening unfolded, many took the opportunity to wade into the refreshing sea, savoring the cool water and the golden hues of twilight—an experience that perfectly capped off an unforgettable celebration.

True to its mission, IECEP KSA Eastern Region Chapter (ERC) remains steadfast in recognizing the achievements of its members and providing unwavering support for their future endeavors. This workshop is yet another testament to the chapter’s commitment to professional excellence, community building, and lifelong learning.
