PECE Aspirants Went Through ERC Rigorous Evaluations and Mock Interviews

In line with its ongoing mission to support Electronics Engineers in advancing to the Professional Electronics Engineer (PECE) level, the IECEP KSA-ERC has conducted a series of comprehensive evaluations and mock interviews for its dedicated aspirants.

These sessions were designed to refine each candidate’s articulation, enhance the clarity and substance of their professional experiences, and ensure they are fully prepared for their final document submissions and, ultimately, the highly anticipated BECE oral examination.

Earlier this year, Engr. Cleo Fabula and Engr. Neil John Gayoba completed their initial interview assessments in April 2025.

Following their lead, Engr. Pastorito Eledia Jr., Engr. Arlie Villanueva, and Engr. Richard Sadinas underwent their mock evaluations and assessments on November 28, 2025.

Each aspirant demonstrated commendable commitment and professionalism, showcasing their individual strengths, competencies, and contributions to the field.

The Engineering Registers Committees represented by Engr. Russel Torres, Engr. Joey Espinosa, Engr. Melvin Landicho, Engr. Mohammad Ali Mauna and Engr. Johnel Corpuz, in turn, carried out a meticulous review of their qualifications, ensuring every candidate receives the guidance needed to strengthen their readiness and elevate their chances of success.

With the mock interviews now concluded, the path toward the long-awaited PECE oath-taking ceremony becomes clearer. The journey of these aspirants may one day stand as a testament to their perseverance and to IECEP KSA-ERC’s potential dedication to uplifting its members and advancing the profession.
