One of the highlights of the celebration was the keynote message from a distinguished former member, now the General Manager of the Philippine National Railways, Engr. Deovanni Miranda. His inspiring words and professional journey left a lasting impression on all attendees, embodying the potential and excellence of Filipino engineers abroad.

A major portion of the event was devoted to updates and insights from the Board of Electronics Engineering (BECE), led by Hon. Chairman Engr. Vicente Cejoco, together with Hon. Engr. Gerhard Tan and Hon. Engr. Adonis Talabo.

Through clear and engaging presentations, they discussed the ongoing implementation of RA 9292 and initiatives to increase the number of Professional Electronics Engineers (PECEs). Their message reinforced the value of attaining full professional licensure and the pride of being recognized as a PECE.

Adding to the depth of the program was the uplifting message from IECEP National President, Engr. Lory Liza Bulay-og, who expressed admiration for the dedication of the chapter’s leaders, past and present. Her remarks paid tribute to the founding members whose vision brought IECEP KSA-ERC to life nearly two decades ago.
