Four IECEP KSA-ERC ETEEAP Aspirants Earned Electronics Engineering Degrees

The IECEP KSA-ERC ETEEAP Program has reached a remarkable milestone as four educational dreamers proudly crossed the stage to celebrate the fulfillment of their academic aspirations.

On July 3, 2026, Joseph Cardona, Frederick S. Cayanong, Federico Canedo Jr., and Michael Lloyd Lumacad received their Bachelor of Science in Electronics Engineering degrees during the commencement exercises at Manuel S. Envarga University Foundation. Their achievement marks the successful culmination of years of perseverance, dedication, and hard work.

The four graduates were among hundreds of students from various disciplines who completed their degrees through the Expanded Tertiary Education Equivalency and Accreditation Program (ETEEAP) of the Commission on Higher Education (CHED).
