ETEEAP Scholarship Proposal Gains Momentum in Strategic Meeting with MWO-Al Khobar

This day marks a memorable milestone for all qualified ETEEAP aspirants who have long dreamed of earning their elusive Baccalaureate degree. The IECEP KSA–Eastern Region Chapter (IECEP KSA-ERC), through its prime movers— Adviser Engr. Jose Espinosa Jr., Director Engr. Melvin Landicho, and Governor Engr. Johnel Corpuz, —presented and articulated the significance of the ETEEAP Scholarship Program proposal on November 2, 2025, at the DMW Office in Al-Khobar, KSA.

The discussion with Ms. Laureen Musa, Welfare Officer of the Migrant Workers Office (MWO) – Al Khobar, Eastern Region, centered on the essential requirements to strengthen the proposal, its viability, and feasibility—particularly in terms of beneficiaries’ interest, implementation strategies, and the project’s expected outcomes.

The meeting concluded with high hopes and optimism that the proposal will soon come to fruition—paving the way for more qualified kababayan to achieve their long-awaited academic goals, while ultimately contributing to the continued growth of the Philippine economy through the valuable remittances of Overseas Filipino Workers (OFWs).
